He’s not a douche. He just doesn’t want to get chicken-hawked, and I can’t say that I blame him. You guys know how you are, especially when it comes to young guys.
Does anyone want to guess how many of the males who have submitted his profile to this site have faceless profiles, are over 25 and effeminate?

Sure, let him “enjoy his youth”: but time will not stand still. Soon enough he will be over 25. Then what? The goalposts will shift: no over 30 – but time won’t stop! He hits 30, he has cultivated an angry, ageist attitude, and he’s helped to perpetuate a culture that will backfire on him. I saw that cycle and I got out of it early. Everyone ages, but it is how we act now that will affect how we are treated in the future: and acting like time has stopped for us is not a wise idea.

I don’t deny anyone his/her freedom to be youthful, but this isn’t about that. It’s about individual behaviour in exercising that freedom and how each individual contributes to a larger culture.
